Transportation
Students must arrange their own transportation to and from Business Week. Students who choose to drive their own car will need to check their keys in at registration and will not be permitted to drive their car throughout the week. Students leaving their car on campus will need to purchase a parking permit for Monday through Friday. Instructions for OSU Campus parking permits will be provided during check-in. Please note that students are quite exhausted at the end of a fully packed week. We highly encourage parents and/or guardians to drop off and pick up.
Registration
Registration is on Sunday from 9:00 - 11:30 AM. All students should report to Poling Hall. Along with registration, students will receive their room assignment. You MUST arrive on campus during the Student Check-In time window, unless PRIOR arrangements have been made with an OBA staff member.

If for any reason you cannot be at Oregon State University during the Sunday check-in time, please contact the OBA office immediately at marie.eason@oregonbusinessacademy.com.
Parking
Please enter campus starting from SW 30th Street. Turn east onto SW Jefferson Way. You can choose to park by the Linus Pauling Institute (north of Sackett Hall) or in the small lot on the south side of Sackett Hall. Both lots are circled in RED in the map below.

If you are doing a quick drop off, do NOT stop on SW Jefferson Way. Instead, please proceed to SW 26th Ave and turn right. Take the first right turn onto SW Intramural Lane. As long as you do not block the entire road, you can park on the right side of SW Intramural Lane to drop off your student.
Campus Tours
Guided tours of OSU will be available beginning at 9:45 AM and run until 11:45 AM (the final tour departs at 11:15 AM). If you are interested in the tour, you must have already completed registration and your dorm move in. Please plan accordingly.
Sunday Lunch
OBA will be providing a box lunch ONLY for the students at 1:10 PM. We encourage families that arrive early to allow enough time to find lunch for yourself or eat a packed lunch. There are several places to eat near campus along SW Monroe Avenue. Once students are checked in, they must remain on campus.
Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony begins promptly at 12:00 PM in the Learning Innovation Center. Parents and/or guardians are invited and highly encouraged to attend the opening ceremony.

Cancellations
If a student becomes ill prior to their scheduled week at OBA, or is no longer able to attend for various reasons, please notify marie.eason@oregonbusinessacademy.com immediately.

Departure
Check out is from 2:00-3:00 PM on Saturday. Students must be out of their accommodations by 3PM. We encourage parents or guardians to attend the Trade Show (12:00-1:00 PM) and Closing Ceremony (1:00-2:00 PM). The Trade Show is in the LiNC & Austin Courtyard. Closing Ceremony is back in LiNC. Prior to departure, all students MUST return keycards, borrowed chrome books, and room keys. Parents will be required to cover the cost of lost or damaged keycards and for the condition/damages of the residence hall room. If a student checked a car in during Sunday registration we will have their car keys at check-out. No students will be permitted to leave campus with an individual other than who is listed on their paperwork unless prior arrangements have been made with an OBA staff member.

Información sobre el campamento de 2024
Transporte
Los estudiantes deben organizar su propio transporte hacia y desde la Semana de los Negocios. Los estudiantes que opten por manejar su propio carro tendrán que entregar las llaves en el registro y no se les permitirá manejar su carro durante toda la semana. Los estudiantes que dejen su carro en el campus tendrán que comprar un permiso de estacionamiento de lunes a viernes. Las instrucciones para los permisos de estacionamiento del Campus OSU se proporcionarán durante el registro. Registro

Estacionamiento
Por favor, entra en el campus empezando por la Calle 30 del Suroeste. Gira hacia el este por el Camino Jefferson del Suroeste. Puedes estacionar junto al Instituto Linus Pauling (al norte de Sackett Hall) o en el pequeño estacionamiento del lado sur de Sackett Hall. Si vas a hacer una entrega rápida, NO te detengas en el Camio Jefferson del Suroeste. En su lugar, por favor procede a la Avenida 26 del Suroeste y gira a la derecha. Toma el primer giro de la derecha en el Carril Intramuros del Suroeste. Mientras no bloquees todo el camino, puedes estacionarte en el lado derecho del Carril Intramuros del Suroeste para dejar a tu estudiante.
Visitas al campus
Las visitas guiadas de OSU (Universidad Estatal de Oregón) estarán disponibles a partir de las 9:45 AM y durarán hasta las 11:45 AM (la última visita sale a las 11:15 AM). Si estás interesado/a en el tour, debes haber completado el registro y haberte mudado a tu dormitorio. Por favor, planifica en consecuencia.
Almuerzo del domingo
La OBA proveerá un almuerzo SOLAMENTE para los estudiantes a la 1:10 PM. Animamos a las familias que lleguen temprano para permitir suficiente tiempo para encontrar el almuerzo por sí mismo o comer un almuerzo empacado. Hay varios lugares para comer cerca del campus a lo largo de la Avenida Munroe del Suroeste. Una vez que los estudiantes se registran, deben permanecer en el campus.
Ceremonia de apertura
La Ceremonia de Apertura comienza puntualmente a las 12:00 PM en el Centro del aprendizaje e innovación. Se invitan a los padres y/o tutores a asistir a la ceremonia de apertura

Cancelaciones
Si un/a estudiante se enferma antes de su semana programada en la OBA, o ya no puede asistir por diversas razones, por favor avisa a marie.eason@oregonbusinessacademy.com inmediatamente.
Datos

Salida
La salida es de 2:00-3:00 PM el sábado. Los estudiantes deben estar fuera de sus alojamientos a las 3PM. Animamos a los padres o tutores a asistir a la Exposición Comercial (12:00-1:00 PM) y a la Ceremonia de Clausura (1:00-2:00 PM). La exposición comercial tendrá lugar en el Patio LiNC & Austin. La Ceremonia de Clausura es en LiNC. Antes de la salida, todos los estudiantes DEBEN devolver las tarjetas de acceso, los Chromebook prestados y las llaves de las habitaciones. Los padres deberán cubrir el costo de las llaves perdidas o dañadas y por la condición/daños de la habitación de la residencia. Si un/a estudiante registró un carro durante el registro del domingo, tendremos las llaves de su carro a la salida. No se permitirá a ningún estudiante salir del campus con una persona que no figure en su documentación a menos que se haya acordado previamente con un miembro del personal de la OBA.
