Interns must be coachable, willing to work hard and have a ‘YES!’ mindset. This is a very competitive internship program – interns are vital to the success of OBA. True to the OBA mission, there will be experiential learning, mentorship, and leadership opportunities that set you apart from your peers in your education, career and beyond.

We are looking for high school interns to support program logistics, lead student check-in, assist with group activities, and help Company Advisors engage students. This hands-on role offers valuable leadership, communication, and organizational experience while contributing to a positive student experience.
