MISSION STATEMENT

Oregon Business Academy (OBA) prepares high school students for career, college and life success through experiential business education.

VISION STATEMENT

We aim to empower the next generation of business and community leaders through transformative education that prepares students for college, careers, and life. Our programs help students build essential skills, confidence, and connections while fostering an inclusive environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds can learn, collaborate, and grow together.

ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORY & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

With generous support from OBA Partners, Business Week has returned to Oregon, serving 100 high school students at Oregon State University’s College of Business in Summer 2023, 194 students in 2024 and 259 students in 2025.

EXPANDING ACCESS & OPPORTUNITY

Traditionally, on-campus business education has been available only to a privileged few. OBA seeks to change that.  We are committed to enrolling at least 50% of students from low-income backgrounds and traditionally underrepresented and minority communities. Please INVEST to make this possible.
