I give permission for my student to attend Oregon Business Academy. Please note there is a non-refundable $100 fee included in the tuition cost. No refunds will be given after May 1, 2024. If you arrive late, do not attend or leave our program early due to accident, illness, homesickness, behavior problems, other activities to attend, or at student or parent request, there will be no full or partial refunds.
Room and Board Standard room arrangement is 2 roommates of the same gender.
